About this Role

We are seeking a security-focused professional to deliver day-to-day physical security management across assigned Vodafone locations. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, compliant, and resilient environment by conducting site risk assessments, implementing mitigation measures, managing incidents, and overseeing third-party security providers. The role works closely with Facilities, Operations, and Network teams to embed a strong culture of security across the business.

What you'll do

  • Conduct physical site risk assessments, design mitigation measures, and oversee their implementation in collaboration with Facilities, Operations, and Network teams.
  • Manage access control rights for assigned locations, ensuring appropriate governance and compliance.
  • Lead incident response activities, including investigation of security threats or breaches and coordination of corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with Vodafone security policies, external regulations, and relevant industry standards.
  • Manage and monitor third-party security providers and contractors against agreed service level agreements.
  • Track security trends and emerging threats relevant to assigned locations and provide regular reporting, insights, and key performance indicators to senior management.

Who you are

  • An individual with proven experience in physical security operations within corporate, technology, critical infrastructure, or similar environments.
  • Skilled in conducting risk assessments and managing incidents in a structured and calm manner.
  • Experienced in managing third-party service providers and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • A clear communicator who can engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, practical in problem solving, and comfortable balancing operational priorities with compliance requirements.
  • Familiar with ISO 27001 physical security controls and relevant local regulations and legislation.
