Financial Controller

 

Your role in a nutshell:

Coordinating the local Accounting and tax activities in Hungary, the role contributes to the overall compliance with Group Accounting, statutory reporting and fiscal requirements.

 
What you will do in your role:

  • Checks accuracy of accounting entries in alignment with the statutory / group reporting requirements
  • Collaborates with support teams in FSS India and Budapest to ensure the accuracy of recordings and compliance with established deadlines and quality Fin Ops KPIs
  • Coordinates the preparation of financial statements with tax team, and maintains the relationship with internal / external auditors
  • Helps resolve escalations/complex accounting matters
  • Perform Fin Ops Reporting certifications. Oversees balance sheet reconciliation process

 

What will you bring to the team:

  • Registered chartered accountant in HU is compulsory     
  • Advanced accounting knowledge
  • SAP ECC and BW knowledg
  • PC and MS Office operations skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Minimum 4-5 years in similar position
  • Good written and spoken English language
