About this Role
What you’ll do
- Develop and modify short-form social media content based on content calendars and ad hoc requests.
- Schedule and publish posts using tools like Hootsuite, Oracle SRM, or manually.
- Collaborate with designers to produce visual assets including images, videos, and infographics.
- Conduct community management and social listening to monitor engagement and sentiment.
- Analyse competitors’ activities using tools such as Brandwatch or Emplify and report findings.
- Set up and optimise paid campaigns across social platforms, managing budgets effectively.
- Track and report campaign performance using defined KPIs and reporting tools.
- Create customer personas and social profiles to inform targeted content strategies.
- Engage with influencers to amplify brand reach and relevance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to Business Partners based on campaign analysis and insights.
Who you are
- A professional with 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B environments or marketing agencies.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in MS Office applications and social media management tools.
- Organised, creative, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and collaborating across global teams.
- Holds a BA degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
