About this Role

We are seeking an analytically minded Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Services function in Budapest. This role focuses on supporting pricing and commercial decision-making through structured analysis, strong Excel-based modelling, and clear thinking. Previous pricing experience is not essential, as the role offers a strong learning curve and on-the-job development; however, the ability to work confidently with Excel functions and to approach complex problems in a logical, structured way is key.

What you’ll do

  • Support pricing activities for business opportunities by preparing structured analyses and models
  • Build and maintain Excel-based pricing and financial templates using advanced functions
  • Collect, validate and organise input data from internal stakeholders
  • Translate complex information into clear commercial insights
  • Contribute to the development of pricing proposals that balance customer needs and business objectives
  • Support the team with ad-hoc analytical tasks related to commercial decision-making

Who you are

  • Confident user of Excel, with strong capability in functions and formulas
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data and logical problem-solving
  • Able to think in a structured and complex way, even when information is incomplete
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Open to learning pricing concepts and commercial modelling on the job
  • Background in telecommunications is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Previous pricing experience is not mandatory
