About this Role
We are seeking a Business Change professional to support major transformation programmes across Financial Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and IT. This role focuses on implementing change strategies, driving adoption, and enabling teams through transition in a complex, multinational environment. You will work closely with programme leads, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of change initiatives.
What you will do
- Execute change management strategies aligned with transformation programmes.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness checks.
- Deliver interventions including communications, training, and coaching.
- Maintain change artefacts such as stakeholder maps and communication plans.
- Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to support adoption.
- Track and report on change adoption metrics for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across teams to coordinate and escalate risks or resistance.
- Support local market teams in executing change plans and gathering feedback.
Who you are
- Experienced in change management within transformation programmes.
- Skilled in agile and waterfall delivery models.
- Strong communicator with coaching and facilitation expertise.
- Able to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci, CMI) is essential.
- Agile or Project Management certifications are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
