Key Responsibilities:

•    Proven background in successfully launching software or services in collaboration with engineering teams. 
•    Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and agreement on solutions. 
•    Hands-on experience in coaching, mentoring, and technical assessments for POs. 
•    Proficiency in prototyping and iterative development. 
•    Creative and analytical thinker with a data-driven and analytical approach. 
•    Effective management of stakeholders and conflict resolution. 
•    Strong product mindset, coupled with an overall understanding of technologies used in the product. 
•    Experience defining minimum viable products and designing Roadmaps.. 
•    Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies. 
•    Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. 
•    Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. 
•    Active listener with a keen attention to details. 

Skills Required:

Education and Experience Requirements: 
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred. 
•    10+ years working experience in software products 
•    5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, in an Agile environment 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
Preferred experience: 
•    Technical Certification AAC (Agile Analysis Certification), 
•    PSPO (Professional SCRUM Product Owner), 
•    CSPO (Certified SCRUM Product Owner) or at least 5 hours attendance in a relevant track. 
•    Exposure to different technical implementations (web/desktop/mobile applications).
