About this role
We are seeking a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to join our Tools Engineering & Operation function within the TSSE Cognitive Centre of Excellence. This role is pivotal in delivering robotic process automation (RPA) solutions across both market-leading and in-house platforms. The individual will be responsible for designing and developing automation processes, integrating solutions with target applications, and leading communications with internal teams and customers. The role demands a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work in agile, distributed environments.
What you’ll do
- Translate process documentation into development modules through solution design documents.
- Lead customer communications to understand and deliver on business needs.
- Integrate RPA solutions with target applications effectively.
- Support and mentor team members to achieve business and team objectives.
- Contribute to the delivery of automation projects across multi-disciplinary areas.
Who you are
- Holder of a technology-related degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development, including at least 1 year with UI Path.
- Proficient in C#/VB .Net and certified in Advanced UI Path.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and workflow-based logic.
- Experienced in working within international, distributed teams.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing across various organisational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage project milestones.
