About this Role

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-impact learning experiences that support the achievement of defined learning objectives.
• Select and apply suitable delivery techniques, including digital learning, face-to-face training, coaching and structured reflection.
• Act as a learning and development consultant, encouraging the effective use of Vodafone University and other relevant learning platforms.
• Localise learning content and adapt delivery methods to meet learner and business requirements.
• Engage and facilitate external suppliers when needed to support key learning and development priorities.
• Collaborate with the HR Shared Services Centre team on training administration and enablement.
• Serve as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including local HR business partners, employees, suppliers and the wider global learning and development team.
• Identify employees’ learning needs through audits and share findings with the relevant Functional Expert Trainer.
• Track learning activity and maintain accurate reports throughout the training period.
• Conduct upskilling and cross-skilling programmes.
• Identify capability gaps and work with the Functional Expert Trainer to improve the transition from training to operational teams.
• Conduct feedback and coaching sessions to improve learner performance, training completion and conversion outcomes.
• Work rotational early and late shifts.

Who you are

• Fluent in spoken and written German.
• Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English, which is preferred.
• Experienced in delivering training and facilitating technical or product-related topics.
• An excellent presenter who can communicate information clearly to different audiences.
• Familiar with digital learning processes and able to maintain learner engagement across virtual and in-person channels.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at different organisational levels.
• Self-directed and able to establish professional rapport quickly with individuals and groups.
• Familiar with coaching principles, which would be advantageous.
• Training delivery certification is preferred.
• Able to understand and represent the VOIS strategy and organisational culture.
