Global Account Manager

Role Purpose:
As a Global Account Manager (GAM) you will be responsible for the overall VGE relationship management for one or more of VGE CE designated global enterprise clients. You will not only manage the largest and most delicate accounts to drive profitable and long-term revenue growth but also be dedicated to customer satisfaction! This means to take care of an effective service delivery, protection/renewal of existing business and the identification of major new sales opportunities by proactively advising key decision makers within large enterprises during their digital transformation journey into the future! You will master a broad variety of selling techniques and strategies, including social selling, responding to tenders, face-to-face presentations etc. and enable your clients to be part of a connected and digitalized world by providing them state-of-the art tech innovations like IoT, 5G and cloud solutions.


With us you will:

  • Accompany customers into the digital future being responsible for the strategy development and management for dedicated accounts on a global basis acting as the voice of the customer!
  • Align the strategy of all Overlay, Solution Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery functions ensuring international and national agreement in order to offer the customers the best Vodafone experience possible!
  • Establish relationships with your clients and connect their people with the latest IoT, 5G and cloud innovations to ensure the delivery of all financial sales targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities e.g. by leveraging established relationships to Vodafone customers & nurture leads generated from social selling campaigns, meetings with clients and further.
  • Ensure the collaborative work of a top-notch global sales team including all other functions within Vodafone in order to drive the Vodafone Global Enterprise agenda!
