Vodafone Business Digital Sales is the inside sales division of Vodafone Business. With our expertise in Connectivity, our leading IoT platform, our secure Cloud solutions and our global scale, we help our customers unlock growth, fully embracing the new digital society. This role is responsible for leading a team of SME Account Managers, focused managing existing SME customers, delivering best in class account management and ensuring erosion of existing revenue is minimised and revenue is optimised where possible. Working across internal and external stakeholders both locally and globally to identify and win opportunity. Ensuring that the team is constantly identifying and exploiting whitespace to grow their portfolio of accounts will be key to your success.

 

You will be accountable for ensuring that the team achieve their Sales KPI’s and that focus is placed on the coaching and development of team members. You will be responsible for delivering against sales targets, ensuring systematic pipeline build and ensuring customers and prospects have a best-in-class experience when dealing with Vodafone.  In this role you will be expected to work closely across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at a senior level. You will need to have the ability to work with data and insights, identifying opportunity across your base of accounts and define and deliver on specific plans and initiatives throughout the year.

Who you are

  • Strong change management skills who can actively manage risks and issues – able to identify issues and propose resolutions
  • Fully accountable for the creation, implementation, and delivery of the Commercial Strategy for SME Ireland base of accounts (defending and growing existing revenues)
  • Capable of driving initiatives within complex business relationships.
  • Ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders (C – suite) to deliver business strategy
  • Devise and manage a high-quality pipeline, supported by exceptional and proven forecasting & delivery skills.
  • Create and drive a high-performance culture
  • Take a lead role in networking and promoting Vodafone externally, utilising our network as well as the positive development of client relationships and new pipeline.
  • Capable of focusing on complex challenges, logically working through their root causes, and offering several creative options that may achieve a successful solution.
  • Exceptional communication skills including Coordination, personal presentation, oral and written communication skills.
  • Requires market knowledge, development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Inclusive leader who fosters a culture of diversity, belonging and inclusion
  • Capable of working on own initiative.
  • Able to lead by example & think with a "Business First" mentality.
  • Capable of developing successful
  • 4+ years Inside Sales industry- related experience.
