What you’ll do

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Consultant to drive strategic transformation initiatives across VOIS by acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leading a portfolio of consulting engagements. This role will shape transformation priorities, define value-driven roadmaps, ensure measurable business outcomes, and provide direct leadership to a team of consultants. The successful candidate will combine consulting expertise, commercial acumen, operational excellence knowledge, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver sustainable business impact while helping grow the consulting practice and its future talent.

Who you are

12-16+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, operational excellence, or business change.

Proven ability to advise senior leaders and lead complex, cross-functional transformation programmes.

Strong track record of managing consulting engagements and delivering measurable business value.

Demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and managing high-performing teams.

Experience in business development, opportunity shaping, proposal creation, and account growth.

Proven ability to mentor talent, build organisational capability, and support succession planning.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.ABPMP CBPP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent professional certification.

Awareness of process mining and automation platforms such as SAP Signavio, Celonis, or RPA solutions.

Experience with executive dashboarding and analytics tools such as Power BI.Prosci® Change Management, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certifications. 

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across multiple business functions.

Results-driven professional with a focus on strategic impact, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
