The Decision Strategy Lead participates in the design and development of Always On Marketing (AoM) decision management solutions and decision frameworks.  They liaise with Commercial Managers to translate commercial requirements into decisioning solutions. They are responsible for applying the design principles of decision strategies into the solutions, understanding next-best-action and how this improves the customer experience. They create predictive models, generating analytics around customer behaviour, allowing them to prioritise propositions accordingly.

Our Automation & Decisioning (AoM) is at the core of this transformation, connecting data, AI and marketing to create more connected and relevant customer journeys.If you enjoy using technology with real impact to shape how millions of customers experience our communications, this challenge may be for you.In this role, you will contribute end‑to‑end to the evolution of our Always On Marketing ecosystem and commercial strategy, including: 

  • Build and evolve automated and personalized campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring relevance and consistency throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Define decision rules and customer segmentation based on data, behavior and context, improving how and when we engage customers
  • Integrate marketing, CRM and channel systems, enabling seamless orchestration between strategy and execution
  • Ensure campaign execution through PEGA, configuring and maintaining decisioning strategies so that journeys run reliably across channels
  • Continuously improve the quality, scalability and efficiency of the campaign ecosystem, reducing manual effort and increasing operational robustness
  • Translate business needs into decisioning solutions, working closely with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
  • Contribute to end‑to‑end transformation, from defining decision frameworks and design principles to implementation and omnichannel execution in production environments
  • Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross‑functional squads and actively participating in ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science. 
  • Strong design and analytical skills, customer focus and teamwork abilities. 
  • Understands agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking) and apply agile ways of working. Is an Agile Leader and role model of the agile  mind-set and principles.
