About this role
What you’ll do
- Manage complex diaries and commitments, ensuring meetings are purposeful, well-prepared, and supported with relevant materials.
- Use sound judgement to assess and prioritise meeting requests in line with business priorities.
- Manage emails and correspondence, responding on behalf of leadership where appropriate or directing queries to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the creation and coordination of presentation materials for internal and external meetings and conferences.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and approvals, ensuring efficient and cost-effective planning.
- Process expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with other Personal Assistants to share best practices, ensure consistency, and maintain effective coverage during absences.
Who you are
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and administrative systems.
- Brings proven experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses excellent organisational and project coordination skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Builds trusted relationships and collaborates effectively across teams and functions.
- Shows resilience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Applies sound judgement and can confidently influence where appropriate.
- Maintains flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities.
- Demonstrates awareness of VOIS/Vodafone objectives, policies, and ways of working.
