About this Role

We are seeking an HR Data professional to join our Global Data Maintenance team at VOIS. In this role, the individual will support accurate and timely organisational data changes across global and local markets, partner closely with Group and WPA teams, handle sensitive restructures, and ensure a seamless, customer-focused service experience. This position plays a critical role in maintaining HR data integrity, supporting bulk uploads, and contributing to process enhancements and system improvement initiatives.

What you will do

  • Deliver global and local organisational data changes, restructures, and updates in collaboration with Group, local markets, and WPA teams.
  • Support bulk data uploads and ensure accurate processing of changes arising from reorganisations, system updates, and structural shifts.
  • Ensure all transactions meet defined SLAs and maintain compliance, timeliness, and consistency in delivery.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy across employee records, organisational structures, job information, and compensation details, ensuring alignment with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Protect data confidentiality and follow security standards and regulatory guidelines.Analyse existing processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives across Global Data Maintenance.
  • Support digital solutions and automation opportunities to reduce manual activities and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in testing activities for SuccessFactors upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.
  • Handle stakeholder, HRBP, and Market SPOC queries related to dashboards, bulk uploads, data changes, reorganisations, and system updates.

Who you are

  • Skilled in SuccessFactors OM & EC modules, with working knowledge of SAP OM & PA.
  • Experience in global and multi-entity HR data maintenance, ideally within SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to deliver complex organisational data changes, including restructures and design updates.
  • Strong understanding of position, person, and organisation data relationships, including foundation objects and data cleansing needs.
  • Capable of managing global data changes that go beyond local operational teams, with clear communication of impacts and risks.
  • Strong communication skills and ideally 0–2 years of experience, preferably in shared services or reporting and analytics.
  • Educational background: Any Graduate or MBA in Human Resources.
