About this Role

We are seeking an experienced learning and capability development professional to lead the strategic design, delivery and expansion of VOIS’s learning ecosystem across leadership, behavioural and functional capability domains. This role partners closely with senior business stakeholders to identify future capability needs, develop impactful learning strategies and deliver high-quality learning solutions that support organisational performance and transformation. The successful candidate will oversee learning delivery operations, manage training partnerships, drive financial performance of the training service, and foster a culture of continuous learning across global markets.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end learning delivery excellence across leadership, behavioural and functional learning programmes, ensuring consistent quality, scalability and measurable business impact.
  • Drive Train-the-Trainer initiatives to build internal facilitation capability, establish delivery standards and enable the effective deployment of learning solutions across regions.
  • Own the financial performance of the Skills Delivery Service, including revenue realisation, cost optimisation, resource utilisation and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Deliver world-class learner experiences through effective content governance, innovative delivery approaches, facilitator excellence and continuous feedback integration.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders and market stakeholders to understand evolving capability requirements and co-create strategic learning solutions.
  • Lead the delivery of customised leadership development programmes and scaled agile learning initiatives aligned to business priorities and capability outcomes.
  • Design and implement behavioural learning solutions using recognised frameworks and methodologies to enhance individual and organisational effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps, develop learning roadmaps and support organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Leverage emerging trends, including artificial intelligence and digital learning technologies, to enhance learning effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Monitor programme outcomes and apply robust evaluation methodologies to measure impact, drive continuous improvement and maximise business value.

Who you are

  • Extensive experience in Learning & Development and HR Services within complex global organisations, typically gained over 12-20 years.
  • Proven track record of designing, delivering and scaling leadership, behavioural and functional learning programmes across multiple geographies.
  • Strong expertise in facilitation, training delivery and capability-building initiatives, including Train-the-Trainer programmes.
  • Demonstrated success in business partnering, consulting or advisory roles, translating business priorities into impactful learning solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance and service delivery outcomes.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders across diverse and multicultural environments.
  • Experienced in applying instructional design methodologies, including the ADDIE framework, to drive learning effectiveness and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong programme, project and change management capabilities with the ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies, learning management systems and modern digital learning approaches.
  • Experience leveraging industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance learning strategy and organisational capability.
