What you’ll do

Drive internal communications strategy for VOIS colleagues, supporting leaders and their communities to enhance employee engagement, support business objectives and drive business transformation. This is a leadership role that requires being a strong team player, combining a strategic mindset combined with the ability to coordinate and navigate internal comms on a global, local and SL level during a complex period of internal and external change.

Develop the global VOIS internal comms and engagement strategy according to business priorities across local centres, Service Lines and the global community.
- Build and maintain key relationships across the business, working with GMT members and stakeholders to ensure that internal communications is supporting their leadership communication and business goals.

Support comms team members to deliver internal comms in the most efficient and effective manner, using relevant measures and reporting to demonstrate progress and success.
Who you are

Minimum 7 years of experience in Internal communication role

people management experience of a team that is not less than 8 employees
-
English language fluency (writing and speaking) and Content writing and communication/creative skills.

worked in a multinational and/or complex environments and projects

Strong awareness and appreciation of global communications trends.

Extensive experience in delivering successful and strategic internal communications and engagement.
