Regional Channel Sales Manager (Manager: Unbranded Channel)

Role Purpose/Business Unit:
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement the regional consumer sales and distribution plan across the informal and national chains channels to increase revenue and grow market share.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, manage and execute a sales plan to achieve key regional sales KPI targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to ensure alignment and support of regional sales objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews with indirect sales channel partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
- Motivate, lead and develop an indirect sales team to maximise their potential to achieve business objectives and KPIs
- Weekly and monthly management reporting and analysis of channel, town, product performance and competitor landscape
- Manage outsourced field marketing agency relationship and execution and ensure alignment to regional channel priorities
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Matric – Essential
- Degree / Diploma – Essential. (A 3 year Business Management /Sales / Commercial Diploma/Degree or SAQA Accredited Equivalent etc.)
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years at Management level (Essential)
- Should have experience in Management of a Sales Strategy, Business Development, People, Projects and General Management.
- Drivers license (essential)
- Own vehicle
