Role purpose

The HR Services Manager is responsible for supervising a team that provides HR support to Vodafone employees. This includes handling queries about pay, benefits, recruitment, graduate programs, HR systems, and other HR-related projects. The role ensures that HR services meet agreed standards, KPIs, and best practices, while continuously improving processes and moving toward automation.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Full supervisory responsibility for HR professionals, setting direction and enabling performance.

Operational Support:

  • Ensures tasks align with global HR processes and are fit for purpose.

Process Improvement:

  •  Recommends and implements standards, ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.

Best Practices:

  •  Applies global HR practices and drives continuous improvement, especially toward automation.

Cross-functional Projects:

  • Leads projects, communicates effectively, and influences stakeholders to approve changes.

Strategic Oversight:

  • Reviews, evaluates, and prioritizes HR tasks using deep process knowledge.
