Specialist: HR Services
Role purpose:
Delivers exceptional employee experience through solutions and operational support, in line with HR Services strategy.
Includes the delivery of HR operations processes such as reporting, data management & visualisation, HR process improvement, ensuring compliance with Mozambican law, stakeholder management and query handling, etc.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Drive the culture of process improvement with focus on automation, self-service, data integrity and excellent service to HR internal customers.
- Create and maintain HR KPI dashboards, deliver routine & ad-hoc reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings.
- Review HR processes regularly to ensure compliance and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide advisory services to employees on all HR policies and processes queries to ensure positive employee experience,
- Deliver day-to-day operation of the HR services area (employee onboarding & offboarding, system changes, HR audit and inspection requests, and other duties as assigned), and ensures HR process compliance with Mozambican law.
- Act as a liaison to all employee’s third-party service providers and ensure quality service are offered as per agreed MOU/Contract.

- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience transforming requests into a visual story to help end users identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to manage priorities across different projects and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Intellectually curious, proactive, and highly adaptable self-starter. Experience with RPA is a plus.

- Delivery of HR dashboards & key people insights, and continuous improvement of data integrity in HR systems
- Enhancement, improvement & automation of HR processes
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and exceptional employee Experience delivered
- 100% adherence to HRS KPI’s: On time delivery, ENPs, Logging time.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business Management, Statistics.
- Advanced Excel skills (queries, lookups, data visualization) with the ability to quickly learn new tools to automate processes.
- 2 to 3 years HR operations experience.
- Payroll experience is a plus.
