What you’ll do

Role purpose
This is a technical role responsible for designing, implement, and maintain capabilities on Postpaid Billing, CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management Systems. It  also includes products configurations and systems integrations as well as provisioning on network element with generation of relevant reporting events. 


Key accountabilities:

•    Design, implementation and maintenance of capabilities within the Postpaid Billing, CRM and Customer Lifecycle Management Systems.
•    Systems integrations, Customer Products and services configurations.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, vendors to achieve business objectives. 
•    Identify and mitigate risks and issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution. 
•    Create and maintain documentation related to developed capabilities, products, and services. 
•    Learn and continuously promote knowledge sharing for colleagues, including but not limited to technical, business and customer operations teams on how to effectively configure, utilize, maintain, and support the created capabilities and products and services. 
•    Continuously assess the efficiency and improve the capabilities and internal processes. 
•    Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and enhancement of systems that are under the team’s responsibility.  


What we are looking in you:

•    Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with related certification constitutes (last one is an advantage).
•    At least 1 year of experience working CRM systems, Billing System, or any other Business Support System.
•    Computer programming skills in programming languages (highly desirable).
•    Knowledge of basic GSM concepts and telecommunications industry (constitutes an advantage).
•    Good understanding of software engineering, including systems architecture and design, scalability, performance, and security. 
•    Proven track of successfully launching software capabilities. 
•    Good understanding of products and services configuration. 
•    Familiarity with Project Management, agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams. 
•    Oracle SQL, PLSQL and Linux Scripting knowledge.
•    Basic understanding of containers, and containers orchestration technologies.  
•    Basic understanding of systems integration technologies.
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. 
•    Ability to thrive under pressure, work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
