What you’ll do
Role purpose:
Oversee the technical aspects of the billing system with respect to Commercial products and services through USSD and App channels, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and efficiency. This role involves carrying out operational tasks at a technical level, covering tasks of greater complexity and/or greater importance for the area.
Key Accountabilities:
- 24/7/365 IT service operation to ensure high availability of all platforms, applications, and services.
- Oversee the implementation, and maintenance of the billing system to ensure optimal performance, and ccontinuous improvement of all operational KPIs, service quality and reduction of customer complaints based on analytics and end-to-end optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, and design, to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify and address potential issues.
- Manage system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements to support business growth and regulatory compliance
What we are looking in you:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of consumer product and service development, roaming and GSM network provisioning.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and design, including scalability, security, and performance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in billing operations and system management.
- Strong understanding of USSD application development and integrations.
