What you’ll do

 

Role purpose:


Vodashop Supervisor is responsible for guaranteeing excellent customer experience by ensuring resources, services, operations, and customer focus all over the store.

It is responsible for monitoring daily sales, stock management (stock availability, stock requisition, stock reconciliation), Mpesa and Super-agent tills operations and daily counting & reconciliations.

 

Control:
Attendance and evaluation of the agents; maintain good levels of customer service as well as interaction with different support departments, (warehouse, finance, IT helpdesk, security, Retail operations) proposing measures aimed at the best service, always preserving the Vodacom Group policies.

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Ensure that Sales and TNPs Targets are achieved by Managing the Customer Service Agents and store;
  • Opening and Closing of the Store, as well as the process of bank deposits, Stock counting, Agent & Super-agent daily reconciliation. Reconciliation of physical stock versus x3 system;
  • Develop and implement personal development plans, manage staff according to requirements and ensure the good performance of each;
  • Manage disciplinary personnel issues in accordance with the labor law in place.

 

 

What we are looking in you:
    

  • Bachelor's degree or Degree in Economics and Management / Accounting and Audit, Marketing and / or related area;
  • Training in stock management and team management is an advantage;
  • Further diplomas and certificates in Distribution, sales skills, team/HR management will be an advantage;
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years professional experience in sales and distribution;
  • Customer FOCUS – Customer centric;
  • Creative and innovative thinking;
  • Problem solving and Analysis;
  • Understanding leadership and strategies.
