To provide data-driven insights, reporting, and analytics that support Vodacom Business. The role ensures efficient performance monitoring, trend analysis, and process optimization across sales support, after-sales, and enablement functions.

Key Accountabilities

  •   Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to support commercial KPIs.
  •   Analyze billing, provisioning, and activation data to identify inefficiencies and mitigate revenue leakage.
  •   Work with the process optimization lead to suggest automation opportunities.
  •   Build simple predictive models to improve business performance.
  •   Work closely with Finance team, CVM, and IT Strategy teams to align data efforts with broader business goals. Effectively communicate and champion the product strategy that is aligned with business goals and market demands across the organization.

Competencies

  • Strong SQL and Excel skills; proficiency in Power BI/Tableau.
  • Experience in telecom or commercial analytics preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit, and risk frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science,  Economics or related field
  • 3–5 years in a Data Analysis role
