Infinity Services Partner Company is a Managed Services Business, wholly owned by and a fully-fledged subsidiary of Vodacom. Infinity Services Partner Company is looking for a Pre to Post Sales Agent.

 

Role Purpose:

The sales agent is responsible for driving sales of mobile devices, accessories, and related services by delivering excellent customer experiences. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring seamless after‑sales support to build long‑term relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Actively listen to understand customer needs
  • Use upselling or cross-selling techniques where relevant
  • Accurately capture and verify customer information, ensuring all regulatory disclosures are made
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Meet or exceed sales KPIs, including conversion rate, quality assurance, and call handling targets.
  • Handle basic inquiries and objections efficiently
  • Keep up to date and fully informed on product comparisons and new products

Core competencies & Key performance indicators :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems


Work Environment

  • Call Centre Setting: Work in a dynamic call center environment with a focus on customer service
  • Flexible Scheduling: May be required to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualification & Experience:

 

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum of 1-year outbound tele-sales experience
  • Have strong objection handling
  • Must proficient in English and 1 other language
    Proven ability to meet sales targets.
