Role Purpose/Business Unit:
As a Specialist Campaign Development and Execution within the Postpaid Customer Value Management (CVM) Team, your role will require you to work closely with CVM Commercial Managers/Experts to assist with executing and analysing direct marketing campaigns, as well as being the custodians of all new campaign or initiatives requested from CVM. Effective engagement with cross functional teams across the business will be key to the success of this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with business revenue and growth objectives and customer segmentation strategies
- Support commercial managers with internal stakeholder collaboration (Segment, Regions, Terminals, Marketing, sales channels, analytics) to gather campaign requirements and insights
- Assist in defining campaign objectives, target audience selection and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- SPOC for all new campaign requests managing the intake, review of campaign briefs to ensure clarity and completeness and delivery processes
- Work closely with campaign developers to ensure campaign logic, automation rules and customer journey flows are correctly implemented
- Deliver initiatives that not only drive revenue but improve customer sentiment and NPS.
- Maintain weekly and monthly campaign performance and impact measurement of the CVM campaign activities including campaign conversion rates and revenue impact
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Matric essential and
- A relevant 3-year degree or 3-year relevant national diploma preferably in Marketing preferred
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferably in a telecommunications company
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- CVM, Campaign Management, Commercial management, Direct Marketing, or related field
- Strong commercial acumen preferably with experience in marketing, commercial management, sales.
- Campaign management (BTL), broad based/brand and hero initiatives, regional
- Experience using Qliksense preferable
- Working in complex matrix environments with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability and skillset to present to large audiences up to Executive level
