What you’ll do

• Responsible from site planning and optimize of regional radio network with the smart network strategies for the best network experience

• To implement alternative coverage and capacity solutions for both In building and outdoor locations so as to minimize the investment while maximizing the impact on the network’s performance

• Responsible for ensuring our service quality obligations regulated by BTK

• Reviewing, testing and implementing the new products, tools and manage special projects, trials for new technologies

• Perform 2G/3G/4G site planning and optimization using related tools (5G is a plus)

• Testing and trialling new network features together with central teams in the region in order for the network to operate more efficiently or with better service quality.

• Capacity and congestion management and dimensioning

• Leading the RF projects, ensure the completion within timelines

• Analysis of KPIs, Detailed 4G/5G parameter audits, fine tuning and inconsistency checks based on new features and network requirement.

• Knowledge of Huawei equipments, features and parameters

• RAN (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) protocols, trace collection and analysis

• Thorough knowledge on antennas structure, propagation and link budget

• Big event management experience

• Provide support to foss teams

Who you are

  • Graduated from Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineer
  • Min. 5 years telecommunications experience
  • Min. 5 years telecommunication or GSM/UMTS/LTE network operation management experience.
  • MS office applications
  • Good command of English
  • Strong skill of team management
  • Ability to manage the inter disciplinar relationships and negotiation
  • Strong communication and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests
  • Has to have Driving License in B Class
  • Knowledge of Huawei Equipments, features and parameters
  • Should have significant knowledge of RF planning and opt.tools: Atoll, Mapinfo, Tems, Actix Analyer, Piweb, Schema, Tetronix, M2000,Discovery,Netperform.
  • Willing to domiciliate in Adana
  • Must be able to travel in region.
