What you’ll do
You will lead the delivery of enterprise fixed services projects—including SDWAN, IP VPN, leased lines, Internet access, and Fixed Voice—for corporate and public sector clients. You will ensure that all implementations align with contract specifications and are completed within agreed timelines.
More specifically you will:
•Coordinate all activities required to ensure timely delivery of services to Enterprise Customers.
•Maintain end-to-end alignment and seamless information flow among all involved technical and commercial stakeholders to achieve high-quality implementation and optimal customer experience.
•Liaise directly with Enterprise customers to organize technical implementation based on contractual requirements and keep them informed of all project aspects.
•Align customer needs with available technologies to implement cost-effective solutions and propose alternatives in challenging scenarios.
•Identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality.
Who you are
- Proven experience in managing technical implementations within a matrix environment.
- Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of fixed and mobile data services (e.g., SDWAN, IP VPN, FWA, Internet Feed), networking equipment (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, PBXs), and basic network principles (e.g., TCP/IP, Layer 2/3).
- Ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform under strict deadlines.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management or coordination of complex technical projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent) is a plus.
