What you’ll do
The role facilitates interfacing between Vodafone's business community and IT/Technology with the aim to establish new system capabilities and verify consistency of existing. The role is to ensure system change implementations are error free with minimal disruption to operations through detailed testing, reviewing & processing design of system capabilities as requested by commercial departments and implemented by technology departments and defining/executing the corresponding user acceptance tests (prepare test plans, test cases and test scripts as well as execute tests to the agreed standards, timelines and service levels). Report, update and escalate internally the most important issues that will affect end user/customer experience and revenues before go live.
- Provide detailed functional (system, integration and regression) test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria in Mobile CRM (Siebel & AIOS),BI and/or middleware domains for Onenet area
- Execute tests ensuring all results and defects are documented using the test methodology
- Skilled in analysing business context and requirements for UAT testing purposes
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, training users
- Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures for business systems
Who you are

University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field

Experience of mobile domain, integration and regression testing of telecommunication systems with complex user interfaces

Understanding and experience of working in a complex telecommunications environment across international boundaries with strict deadlines, languages, large teams and vendors

Experience with test tools preferably with Jira or similar suites

Self-motivated individual with good organisational, interpersonal, reporting and communication skills and excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
