What you’ll do

The Deployment & Operations Project Management is responsible to establish the plan and budget for the FTTH deployment projects as well as be responsible for the operational flows and procedures. The role is responsible to coordinate field teams and subcontractors to meet the deployment plan, meet the budget according to company's strategic rollout plans and resolve operational issues across access network by engaging operation support teams and vendors.

•    Carry out the planning and execution of the FTTH projects according to companys strategy
•    Undertake the contractual deployment issues with our subcontractors
•    Be responsible for the Ordering process and contract performance from A to Z (Contract-PO to subcontractors -Work accomplishment certification-Project Acceptance-Invoicing verification) 
•    Identify, anticipate and manage risks
•    Be responsible for the quality, the respect of the deadlines, the costs, the reporting and the progress of the project
•    Facilitate communication between the different parties (internal, external and customers)
•    Manage change requests
•    Ensure the implementation of the HW & SW configuration guidelines.
•    Overall responsibility for the Operation & Maintenance of Fixed Access network ensuring high network availability by reducing mean time to repair and providing sufficient redundancy in the network.
•    Serves as the focal liaison point for NMC/NOC and 2nd/3rd level Operations dpts
•    Manage the effective operations and maintenance activities of FTTH/C networks through the NW operation team
•    Ensures that operation & maintenance services offered from Vodafone to Fiberco are in line within SLAs & Fiberco’s guidelines
•    Look for cost efficiencie
 

Who you are

•    Excellent understanding of the telecommunications market
•    Excellent understanding of NGA networks
•    Technical experience in multinational companies and large matrix organisations
•    Experience managing disperse teams
•    Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
•    High-level degree in University  
•    Experience In similar Project management roles within Network function 
•    Experience in Operation Positions
