Your contribution

We are looking for a Lease Contracts Management Specialist, based in Athens – Greece. You will be a member of the Real Estate team, responsible for contract management such as lease renewals, amendments or terminations, thus ensuring that the portfolio comprises of contracts in line with company’s standards and templates. Focus will be to safeguard that our sites’ base is in contractually excellent shape to support the successful and timely completion of our customers' projects according to Vantage Towers' strategic plans, and standards.

  • Manage lease contracts (renewals, amendments, terminations) in line with company standards
  • Negotiate contract terms with landlords and partners, including on-site discussions when needed
  • Draft and prepare lease documents and legal documentation for review and execution
  • Collaborate with the Legal department and external partners on agreements and disputes
  • Maintain databases, reports, and documentation according to internal procedures and SLAs
  • Support landlord management objectives, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and budget adherence

What makes you stand out

  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate and contract drafting (CRE, NPEs, or portfolio management a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical abilities with attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, customer-focused, high integrity, and motivated for a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Greek (written & spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python) considered an asset
