What you’ll do

We are looking for a Lease Contracts Management Specialist, based in Athens – Greece. You will be a member of the Real Estate team, responsible for contract management such as lease renewals, amendments or terminations, thus ensuring that the portfolio comprises of contracts in line with company’s standards and templates. Focus will be to safeguard that our sites’ base is in contractually excellent shape to support the successful and timely completion of our customers' projects according to Vantage Towers' strategic plans, and standards.


•    Negotiate, both remotely and on landlord premises if needed, the terms of contracts for renewals, new agreements etc. according to the company’s guidelines and make thoroughly prepared recommendations to your line manager
•    Handle requests related to changes of contract terms, like renewals, terminations or amendments (e.g. change of lessors, inclusion of additional terms in line with company’s objectives), as well as, communicate with landlords and collaborate with external agents
•    Compose and draft lease documents that properly include the commercial agreement with our counterparties, in line with the company standards and templates
•    Prepare all relevant documentation necessary for the legal review and execution of the agreements
•    Collaborate with legal dept both for the successful conclusion of the agreements and for legal disputes with counterparties as well, providing all information required (lease, site's history etc.) in a timely and thorough way 
•    Cooperate with our Landlord Management teams in order to support their objective of achieving landlord management excellence
•    Prepare regular and / or ad-hoc reports to management
•    Maintain and update all databases, records and files, in line with internal procedures
•    Follow  SLAs in all processes and in interactions with other departments
•    Maintain good relationships with the customers / contractors / public services & involved departments
•    Always ensure data security and confidentiality and do all activities taking into consideration any budget restrictions

Who you are

•    University degree. Degree in economics, business administration or law will be considered as an asset
•    Three to five years’ experience in contract drafting. Previous employment in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry or in the mortgage backed NPEs sector in banks/servicers/agencies or engagement in CRE portfolio management operations will be considered as an asset
•    Very good communication, interpersonal and team working skills
•    Ability to negotiate effectively.
•    Flexibility to travel (within Greece)
•    Management of own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals. Ability to multitask
•    Stakeholder management abilities (relationship management and consultancy skills)
•    Analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to comprehend what is important and its impact in the decision-making process
•    Customer oriented
•    Ambition to work in a fast-paced environment with strong performance expectations
•    Fluent English skills, written and spoken 
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Data mining tools ( e.g. MS Power BI, Tableau, Python ) knowledge will be considered as an important asset
•    High integrity and ethical standards
