Your Contribution

Reports to: Sites Licensing Supervisor

About this Role: We are seeking a Licensing Expert based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for executing projects related to Sites Licensing in the local market.

 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Manage the licensing process in accordance with relevant Telecommunication Law requirements.
  • Submit applications via the SHLYA (EETT) electronic platform.
  • Read and, if necessary, correct topographic and architectural drawings.
  • Monitor central and local licensing processes and accelerate licensing project timelines.
  • Handle building legality issues.
  • Collaborate closely with and oversee external contractors to ensure optimal resource allocation for each task or assignment.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, identifying key milestones for success.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual deliverables, SLAs, and vendor performance KPIs.
  • Review and ensure proper budget utilization for each project.
  • Prepare and update site status reports and databases; attend meetings and deployment calls as required.

What makes you stand out

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of City Planning and Environmental Law.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and AutoCAD.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and project management tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills are a plus.
  • Ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high performance expectations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a team-oriented and positive attitude.
