What you’ll do
The Release Manager is responsible for ensuring structured, predictable, and high-quality software releases across multiple systems and teams. The role focuses on release governance, environment coordination, and delivery alignment, while promoting the adoption of modern DevOps and CI/CD practices across the organization. The Release Manager acts as a trusted partner to engineering, QA, and DevOps teams, ensuring that releases are well-planned, risks are managed, and deployments are executed smoothly.
More specifically you will:
- Own end-to-end release management across applications; define policies, standards, and Go/No-Go governance
- Lead release planning, manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination
- Develop and maintain release calendars; align business priorities with technical delivery
- Provide clear visibility into release status, timelines, and risks
- Govern environment usage (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod) and ensure consistency and stability
- Coordinate environment synchronization and reduce environment-related release issues
- Drive CI/CD and DevOps best practices with engineering and DevOps teams
- Ensure release quality and readiness (test results, rollback plans, deployment procedures)
- Monitor release performance, incidents, and improve key delivery metrics through post-release reviews
- Act as central coordination point across Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Operations, building strong stakeholder alignment
Who you are
- Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant background
- 5+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or Software Delivery
- Strong understanding of release management processes, governance, and lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience coordinating complex, cross-team and multi-application releases
- Solid understanding of environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production) and deployment flows
- Strong knowledge of risk, issue, and change management practices
- Experience with monitoring, reporting, and release performance metrics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience in agile environments; strong English communication (written & verbal); self-motivated and well-organized
- Fulfilled military services (for male candidates)
