RAN Ericsson 2nd Line Engineer
Your day to day:
Perform data build configuration, software rollout, support integration activities requested by planning and delivery teams for RAN Area. Make sure all data loading activities are done according to existing procedures, with minimal impact for customers and under agreed SLA&KPIs
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Perform evaluation and implementation of RAN changes ensuring quality of service and avoiding regression on network functionalities
- Perform transport layer reconfiguration in RAN elements (TDM/ATM to IP transport migrations) and synchronize with transport teams to deliver
- Assist field engineers and Network Deployment department during integration and on-site activities
- Knowledge sharing to increase technical skills of other team members involved in deployment and operations activities in the network
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- Knowledge and experience in telecommunication services and technologies 1-2 years
- General knowledge of a mobile network architecture (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) with experience in Ericsson
- Be a team player, and self-learner
- English language (spoken and written), German(optional)
- Result and solution oriented
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- University degree: faculty of Electronics , Telecommunications and Information Technology
- > 2 years of experience working in Telcom
