What will you do

  • Build new virtual instances of firewalls.
  • Work with customers to obtain firewall rules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete customer onboarding.
  • Complete firewall provisioning within SLA.
  • Proactively monitor firewalls using monitoring tools and address alerts.
  • Handle customer-initiated incidents and escalate cases to Level 2 with a triage within SLA.
  • Analyze and implement changes raised by customers without causing outages.
  • Ensure all changes are implemented within SLA.

Who you are

 

  • Experienced in building and managing virtual instances of firewalls.
  • Skilled in working with customers to obtain and implement firewall rules.
  • Proficient in collaborating with internal teams to complete onboarding processes.
  • Capable of monitoring firewalls and addressing alerts proactively.
  • Adept at handling customer-initiated incidents and escalating cases as needed.
  • Competent in analyzing and implementing changes raised by customers without causing outages.
  • Committed to completing tasks within SLA.
  • Must have technical/professional qualifications in Fortigate Firewall and Zscaler Internet Access.
