About this Role:

We are seeking an Enterprise Security Implementation Specialist to support enterprise customers in safely implementing Fortinet and Zscaler products to improve their security posture by reducing risks. This role involves new customer onboarding, incident management, and change management, ensuring that all tasks are completed within SLA.

What you will do:

  • Build new virtual instances of firewalls.
  • Collaborate with customers to obtain firewall rules.
  • Work with internal teams to complete customer onboarding.
  • Complete firewall provisioning within SLA.
  • Proactively monitor firewalls using monitoring tools and address alerts.
  • Handle customer-initiated incidents.
  • Escalate cases to Level 2 with a triage within SLA.
  • Analyse and implement changes raised by customers without causing outages.
  • Ensure all changes are implemented within SLA.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in implementing and managing Fortinet and Zscaler products.
  • Proficient in building virtual instances of firewalls.
  • Skilled in collaborating with customers and internal teams.
  • Capable of monitoring and managing incidents proactively.
  • Adept at analysing and implementing changes without causing outages.
  • Committed to meeting SLAs and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
