Job Role Related Content (Role specific)

  1. Experience in deploying and operating RAN networks, including traditional RAN and Open RAN solutions.
  2. Familiarity with Open RAN standards and interfaces (e.g., O-RAN Alliance specifications) is essential.
  3. Experience working on Windows and Linux-based infrastructure.
  4. Strong understanding the components of a Radio Access Network (RAN), including base stations, radio units, and baseband units.
  5. Experience working on Windows and Linux-based infrastructure.
  6. Familiarity with programming languages and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and network management.
  7. Basic understanding of networking protocols, including IP, TCP/IP, and Ethernet.
  8. Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies is essential. This includes familiarity with GSM.UMTS,LTE,5G, and other relevant standards.
  9. Skills in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues within the RAN.
  10. Quickly adapt to changing project requirements and new technologies.
