About this Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the porting of cloud numbers within the Unified Communications (UC) domain. This role involves direct customer engagement, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and technical oversight of porting activities. The individual will also contribute to broader UC engineering tasks and support the implementation of complex telecom solutions across international markets.
What you’ll do
- Lead porting projects and deliver associated requirements directly to customers.
- Prepare porting trackers and plans aligned with country regulations and supplier protocols.
- Coordinate with customers to gather documentation and communicate porting status.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, solution specialists, network configuration, and order management.
- Liaise with Vodafone suppliers to validate porting documentation and ensure compliance.
- Support general Technical Services Engineering (TSE) activities within the UC domain.
Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in Unified Communications with a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of cloud number types across countries and porting regulations.
- Familiarity with voice technologies such as SIP Trunk, PSTN, VBUC, and cloud telecom solutions.
- Basic project management capabilities and ability to lead virtual teams across geographies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and influence delivery teams.
- Subject matter expertise in Telecoms, UC, and Porting.
