What you’ll do

Reporting consultant play a crucial role in organizations by designing, developing, and maintain reporting systems.

Key accountabilities (Role Description)

  • Create weekly / monthly reports measuring various SLAs and KPIs for tracking health of programs). Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

  • Must have experience extracting data from the ITSM tool i.e. SNOW.

  • Must have experience in exporting data from SNOW and other related tools and creating customized reports.

  • Respond to ad hoc inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and help with extracting data to create reports in PPT, Excel and other related templates.

  • Design, maintain and enhance various types of dashboards.

  • Creating Managed Services metrics / reports / dashboards using Advanced Excel / Power BI / Tableau

  • Complete all internal and client-driven reporting/ analytic requests

  • Provide trends in data that could help improve business procedures and practices. Provide feedback on technology enhancements that could improve analytic tracking. Ensure that all data is operationally accurate and appropriate for client distribution.

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports

  • Engage with stakeholders to increase data-driven decision-making.

  • Create informative & actionable reports which highlight relevant business process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

  • Generating Report using Power BI OR Tableau.

  • Good experience on creating Power BI Dashboards

Essential:

  • Collaborating with Stakeholders to understand reporting needs and defining requirements for data Analysis and Visualization

  • Knowledge of all ITIL disciplines

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience High level leadership reports deliverable

  • Good understanding of Designing and implementing data models to ensure accurate and efficient retrieval of information for reporting purpose.

  • Good ITIL process.
