Introduction

  • Vodafone continues to invest in Cyber Security to mitigate its Cyber Risk. _VOIS is the Global Capability Center (GCC) of Vodafone in Egypt, Romania, India, and other locations. It provides various services to its business entities in various countries across the globe.  
  • Within _VOIS, Cyber Security comprises of ~350 cyber security professionals in India (Pune, Bengaluru) and Romania (Bucharest). We work in collaboration with Vodafone’s larger Cyber, Vodafone Cloud & Infrastructure and other global and local teams. We are continuously looking for industry’s top talent in Cyber Security to further grow our services.  
  • Within _VOIS Cyber Security, we are broadly organized into 7 major services - Cyber Platform Engineering Services, Cyber Operations, Vulnerability Management, Technology Risk & Compliance, Secure by Design, Data Loss Prevention Alerts Monitoring & Triage and Cyber Security Testing Services. 
     

Role Purpose

We are looking for an individual contributor with comprehensive Cyber experience for the role of GM, Cyber Security Services to work with the Head of Cyber Security Global Service Line to support defining growth strategy of the service line, define-to-manage program portfolio of cyber security services, program manage global Cyber projects, define-to-manage cyber security services maturity program, support in financial performance management, and support growth-centric, global initiatives of the service line. The role requires prior extensive experience in Cyber Security.

 

Accountabilities

  • Support defining growth strategy of service line
  • Program manage Tech_VOIS’s Cyber Security services portfolio, aligned to organization’s security objectives; 
  • End-to-end program management of large-scale Cyber Security Programs and Initiatives (such as SOC modernization) covering scope, governance, communication, resource planning, timelines, risk, mitigations, cost management, among others
  • Design cyber security services maturity program, including formal service definitions, descriptions, scope, deliverables, RACI, service level agreements (SLAs), operational level agreements (OLAs), and/or service support plans (SSPs)
  • Define cyber security services’ comprehensive costing and pricing models, for various service types (e.g. platinum, silver) covering technology, resources, expenses, and overheads
  • Support in financial performance management; Must have supported Euro 10M+ budget.
  • Work with organization’s senior cyber security and wider Technology leadership on strategic and tactical areas
  • Drive communication to ensure that stakeholders have up to date information – design and use of portals, program mailbox, periodic presentations (strategic, tactical, and operational)
  • Introduce and institutionalize a data-driven reporting culture (metrics and insights) to consistently plan and aggressively track programs and initiatives

Who you are

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of experience in IT industry with 10+ years of Cyber Security experience
  • Must have in-depth Cyber Security portfolio/program management experience (Non cyber security portfolio and program management experience is not considered relevant for the role)
  • Must have program managed large scale, complex Cyber Security projects (such as SOC modernization, Cloud security, EDR, IAM, others), spanning various organizational locations, entities, functions, and teams
  • Must have worked with large size delivery teams spanning global locations
  • Strong vendor management experience would be an advantage to apply such experience in the services role
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as PowerBI
  • Prior experience in agile ways of working with relevant agile certifications (Safe, Scrum, Agile PM, etc.)
