Your Responsibilities:

 

  • End-to-End Project Management: You manage telecom infrastructure projects (towers and rooftop sites) from site acquisition through to final handover, ensuring quality control and timely acceptance of construction and vendor services.
  • Scheduling & Timeline Execution: You independently establish project plans, execution schedules, and milestone tracking, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Stakeholder & Interface Management: You act as the central interface connecting customers, external suppliers, and internal teams while driving effective stakeholder management and vendor compliance.
  • Procurement & Budget Ownership: You procure necessary planning services and infrastructure components, manage project budgets, and strike the optimal balance between cost, performance, and quality.
  • Data Integrity & Tool Maintenance: You oversee project progress in detail, ensuring real-time data accuracy within internal project control and reporting tools.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Educational Background: Technical or commercial vocational qualification in project management/construction, or a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Around 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years leading infrastructure or construction projects (applications from motivated young professionals/young talents are also welcome).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, budget management, vendor coordination, and infrastructure rollout workflows.
  • Soft Skills: Assertiveness when enforcing objectives with suppliers, strong communication skills, an autonomous yet team-oriented mindset, and sound practical judgment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken German (C1 level); English skills are an advantage.
