What you’ll do

 

As the Responsible AI (RAI) and QA Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping and implementing Vodafone’s Responsible AI strategy in Romania. You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end RAI approval process, ensuring ethical, lawful, and trustworthy AI products.
  • Integrate Responsible AI requirements into product development and quality assurance, both pre- and post-launch.
  • Collaborate with AI, IT, privacy, security, and business stakeholders to accelerate governance approvals.
  • Own and manage AI risk assessments and golden datasets, including adversarial and negative testing paths.
  • Design and execute testing and validation frameworks, including red-teaming and continuous monitoring.
  • Apply tools and methodologies to assess bias, explainability, accuracy, and safety of AI systems.
  • Define and monitor Responsible AI KPIs and metrics across the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate incident management and user feedback channels for AI services.
  • Maintain and evolve AI governance processes, training materials, and cross-market collaboration.
  • Advise senior leadership on Responsible AI risks and opportunities.

Who you are

 

You are a passionate advocate for ethical AI, with a strong technical foundation and strategic mindset. You bring:

  • Proven experience in AI governance, ethics, development, or related fields.
  • Solid background in risk management and practical application.
  • Deep understanding of Responsible AI principles and the EU AI Act.
  • Ability to assess AI system risks and translate RAI requirements into product design.
  • Hands-on experience with testing and validation of AI systems, including red-teaming.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and independent working style.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to drive change in a matrix organization.
  • A technical university degree.
