Join Our Team as a 2nd Line Operations Specialist – MPS / ICS / FMS!

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring smooth IT operations? We’re looking for a proactive 2nd Line Operations Specialist to join our AO DE team and support critical billing and settlement systems across MPS, ICS, and FMS domains.

What You’ll Do:

•    🖥️ Monitor billing and settlement systems and perform routine health checks
•    🛠️ Investigate and resolve 1st-line escalations and common incident tickets
•    🔍 Support root cause analysis and escalate complex issues
•    🔄 Apply manual workarounds and document recurring patterns
•    📋 Assist in production readiness checks and system validations
•    📈 Contribute to service reporting and SLA tracking
•    📚 Follow and enforce ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, and change management

What We’re Looking For:

•    🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Technology or equivalent experience
•    🧠 Familiarity with Amdocs Ensemble or similar billing platforms
•    💡 Basic troubleshooting and root cause isolation skills
•    🧰 Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Oracle SQL/PL SQL, and scripting tools
•    🗣️ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•    🌍 Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts and on-call rotations
