 Join Our Team as an OSS 2nd Line Operations Engineer! 🚀
Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for supporting and improving OSS applications? We're looking for a skilled OSS 2nd Line Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll ensure the high availability of services, develop automation scripts, and optimize existing working methods.

What you’ll do

•     Provide support and collaborate with software developers to enhance OSS applications.
•    Ensure smooth transition of solutions from development to operational environments through validation, testing, and implementation.
•     Operate and maintain high availability of services, regularly developing automation scripts.
•     Implement changes and maintenance works on software solutions, writing implementation documents and changes to current configurations.
•     Manage incidents, problems, and service requests, including implementing workarounds.
•     Perform daily health-checks and continuously seek to improve existing platforms and services.
•     Deliver technical support for OSS applications (2nd Line support), ensuring on-call availability.
•     Identify improvement and automation opportunities.
•     Assist in building knowledge and skills throughout the team to continuously improve service to customers.

Who you are

What We're Looking For: 
•     Good understanding of ITIL, DevOps principles, and Agile methodology.
•     Operational knowledge to debug and troubleshoot application issues on Linux servers.
•     Knowledge of deployment methods using CI/CD (Jenkins) and version control (Git).
•     Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and Weblogic.
•     Working experience with SQL.
•     Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Bash and Perl.
•     Basic knowledge of IP Networking and Telecom architecture and protocols.
•     Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
•     Experience in a multinational environment.
