Join Our Team as a 2nd Line Operations Specialist – KIAS UPS!

Are you ready to support the backbone of critical IT systems? We’re looking for a motivated 2nd Line Operations Specialist to join our AO DE team and help ensure the stability and performance of KIAS UPS and related telecom applications.

What You’ll Do:

•    🖥️ Monitor applications and systems for performance and availability
•    🛠️ Log, escalate, and help resolve incidents and service requests
•    🔍 Perform initial analysis and basic troubleshooting of production issues
•    🔄 Execute routine operational tasks and system checks
•    📋 Assist with software updates, patches, and configuration changes
•    📚 Document incidents, resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base
•    📈 Support operational reporting and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:

•    🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
•    🧠 Familiarity with Amdocs Ensemble components (CSM, MNP, NM, UPS) is a plus
•    💡 Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux, PL/SQL, and scripting fundamentals
•    🧰 Understanding of system monitoring, escalation, and support workflows
•    🗣️ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•    🌍 Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on-call rotations
•    📘 Awareness of ITIL concepts and best practices
