Join Our Team as a 2nd Line OPS Technician - Agent Desktop! 🚀 

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for maintaining seamless IT operations? We're looking for a talented 2nd Line OPS Technician - Agent Desktop to join our dynamic team. As a 2nd Line OPS Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting operational activities and ensuring the stability and reliability of the COPS Agent Desktop application. 
 

What you’ll do

Assist in monitoring the COPS Agent Desktop application, reporting anomalies and system performance issues. 

Identify basic technical issues and escalate incidents to the appropriate support teams. 

Record and track incidents, ensuring accurate documentation of issues and resolutions. 

Monitor scheduled jobs and report any failures or delays for further investigation. 

Handle basic service requests, providing first-level assistance to end users and escalating complex issues. 

Perform routine checks on system interfaces, reporting inconsistencies or errors to senior team members. 

Support senior team members in reviewing operational workflows and identifying potential improvements. 

Participate in deployment activities by assisting with testing and documenting any issues encountered. 

Who you are

Graduation degree in technology or a related field. 

Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker, with a willingness to learn more. 

Ability to recognize and report system issues, escalating as needed. 

Basic understanding of Linux and Oracle Database for simple tasks and queries. 

Effective communication skills and ability to maintain proper documentation. 

Exposure to Linux, Unix, and Windows environments, with the ability to perform basic operations. 

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Kibana, with a focus on monitoring and reporting. 

Basic SQL knowledge and ability to execute predefined SQL queries in Oracle Database. 

Experience or training in using oneITSM (Global Remedy) or TTWOS for ticket handling.
