Are you ready to kick-start your IT career in a dynamic operations environment? We’re looking for a motivated 2nd Line Operations Technician to join our AO DE team and support the stability and performance of TIBCO environments.
What You’ll Do:
• 🖥️ Perform basic monitoring and health checks on TIBCO domains and systems
• 🛠️ Support ticket triage and escalate issues to Specialists or Engineers
• 🔄 Execute service start/stop, log collection, and component validation tasks
• 📋 Assist with deployments, backups, and routine housekeeping
• 📚 Maintain operational documentation and contribute to knowledge base
• 📈 Log and track incidents using ITSM tools, ensuring clear updates
What We’re Looking For:
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 🧠 Basic familiarity with TIBCO (Administrator or BW) or willingness to learn
• 💡 Exposure to Apache Tomcat, UNIX/Linux, and SQL
• 🧰 Understanding of service monitoring tools and log viewers
• 🗣️ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 🌍 Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
• 📘 Awareness of ITIL concepts and best practices
