2nd Line Operations Technician - TTT
Join Our Team as a 2nd Line Operations Technician – TTT!
Are you ready to support secure and stable data exchange systems? We’re looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Line Operations Technician to join our AO DE team and help manage Vodafone Germany’s TTWOS environments.
What You’ll Do:
• 🖥️ Perform daily system checks and monitor service health
• 🛠️ Log, triage, and escalate incidents using ITSM tools like Remedy
• 🔄 Execute scripts, batch jobs, and housekeeping tasks
• 📋 Maintain shift logs, checklists, and process documentation
• 📈 Support reporting and audit data collection
What We’re Looking For:
• 🎓 Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 🧠 1–3 years of experience in IT support or application operations
• 💡 Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands and file systems
• 🧰 Experience with ticketing tools like Remedy or ServiceNow
• 🗣️ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 🌍 Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
• 📘 Understanding of ITIL concepts and structured support environments
