Your day to day:

  • 2line operations of Radio Access Network in a multivendor environment.
  • Preventive and corrective second level troubleshooting ensuring quality and continuity of service and the restoring time for radio access network elements.
  • In collaboration with 1st line Operation teams , work out procedures related to the analysis of alarms in order to detect and eliminate faults.
  • Perform data configuration, software rollout and support integration activities with planning and delivery functions.
  • Constructive spirit to create automatisms to assist team activities.

With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Troubleshooting analysis and repair actions in case of fault on the access network
  • Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents and constantly optimize the network
  • Evaluation and implementation of network changes ensuring quality of service and avoiding regression on network functionalities
  • Escalate problem to vendor support and cooperate to resolve problem
  • Assist field engineers and Network Deployment department during integration and on site activities with particular focus on special events
  • Knowledge sharing in order to increase technical skills of other teams involved in deployment and operations activities in the network critical spirit and constant improvement in the creation of automatisms to increase team efficiency

With these skills, you are a great candidate:

  • Knowledge and experience in telecommunication services and technologies
  • Radio Network performance analysis and troubleshooting
  • General knowledge of a mobile network architecture (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) with experience in Huawei and Nokia technologies
  • Programming skills, preferably in Python
  • Positive attitude, Teamwork oriented
  • English (spoken and written)
  • University degree: faculty of Electronics , Telecommunications and Information Technology
  • 1-2 years of experience in Telecommunication
