Agent L1 Service Desk with Italian
Your day to day
Ensure the timely and efficient resolution of all IT-related legal issues and requests from end users.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
• Handling calls from internal clients
• Registering, resolving, and escalating IT issues to the next level to ensure quick and efficient resolution
• Collecting all necessary data for internal reporting
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the agreed contractual quality level (SLA)
• Schedule - availability to work in extended shifts, the schedule can be changed based on business requirements

• Strong teamwork abilities
• Understanding and correctly managing offered solutions/problems
• Ability to constantly follow up on updating technical documentation, including after production, testing, and implementation stages
• Communication skills
• Attention, vigilance
• Ability to understand customer issues
• Flexibility
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Italian (C1 or higher)
• English (B2 or higher)
